Set just a short drive outside of Jerusalem, the storied, ancient neighborhood of Givat Ze’ev perfectly lends itself to the creation of 12 Stones; a collective community that, on one hand, complements the area, and on the other, is a welcome departure from what has already been built in the vicinity.

12 Stones is one-of-a-kind in itself, and in all of Israel. Planned from the ground up by BH Architects, and helmed by Rahel Ben Haim Wahnon, 12 Stones came into fruition with every single detail taken into consideration. A cornerstone of the prototype was to create harmony amongst each of the residences and synchronize that flow within the pathways joining the whole neighborhood. In effect, the community itself is all symbiotic and conducive to indoor and outdoor living.

Infused with a strong visual aesthetic, harnessed by the local terrain and organic textures and materials complementing the area’s natural landscape, each of the 98 houses are built and outfitted with stone, wood, marble, granite, concrete and ceramics. The colorways are calm, evoking peace and serenity in one’s place of ultimate comfort.
